JUDY SHACKLETON

CERTIFICATIONS: NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, FMS, TRX, and Licensed Occupational Therapist

Hello my name is Judy Shackleton. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Spalding University. My studies included human anatomy, Neuroanatomy (basic function of the nervous system), kinesiology, and healthy human movement patterns. I love learning and teaching about the mechanics and capabilities of the human body. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and truly embrace the Core Chiropractic philosophy and model of living a strong, healthy lifestyle.

I have been training clients in personal training and group environments in a local gym for the past 5 years and practicing OT in hospital and rehab settings for the past 16 years. My philosophy in fitness is to help clients feel empowered through education and planned programming and to show them how exercise and healthy eating can improve their quality of life. I like to help people build confidence in and outside the gym and help them find the fun in fitness. Resistance training will keep your bones strong and will keep you moving well all the way through life. So let’s get lifting!!

STEPHANIE WHEELER

CERTIFICATIONS: CPT NASM, Precision Nutrition Level 1, CFL1 and Licensed Massage Therapy

Stephanie has been working with individuals in the health and wellness community for the past 6 years. Her program is a client centered approach helping to create realistic goals and find tools and strategies to achieve these goals as well as maintain them long term. Stephanie utilizes several modalities to best serve individuals. Nutrition coaching, functional movement and addressing lifestyle changes are the main focus to achieving your optimum self. Using this holistic approach allows individuals to relax into change and find success!

Helping clients achieve sustainable health and overall wellness through outcome based decision making is the foundation of Stephanie's work. Lifestyle coaching, which is the full incorporation of these modalities, has proven to be incredibly beneficial in working with clients to set and reach sustainable goals.
