James Moore is a licensed massage therapist, certified healing therapy practitioner, and a certified health and wellness coach. He holds a University of Louisville bachelor of science degree in health and human performance.
Moore continues years of work and experience providing care at Frazier Rehab and leading the Holistic Care Council for Jewish Hospital and Frazier Rehab.
Carrie is a licensed massage therapist and graduate of Advanced Massage Therapeutics. She discovered the powerful effects of massage through her own healing after a personal back injury. Carrie believes in the body's ability to heal itself and utilizes a wide array of modalities to assist in this process. Her approach is holistic, recognizing and incorporating the idea that our bodies are more that merely the sum of their parts. She has developed a nurturing therapeutic technique that allows a balance of relaxation and self healing.
She integrates deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, myofascial release, and Swedish massage to assist in clients’ healing. Carrie also has certifications in Reiki Level 1 & 2 and Gua Sha and cupping.
Melissa has been a full time Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years. During that time, her therapy has helped relieve pain from injuries, stress, and body discomfort; as well as to maintain good bodily and mental health.
Melissa graduated from the University of Louisville in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Health Promotion. This degree and a move to Tennessee led Melissa to pursue a career in Massage Therapy where she could build upon her knowledge to help others achieve optimal health.
Melissa graduated from Middle Tennessee Institute ofTherapeutic Massage in 1997. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, and Stretching. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from every day use or injuries. Melissa’s physical education and health promotion background and training gives her insight on how and why the body works the way it does.
When not working as a Massage Therapist, Melissa is a Beachbody Coach and enjoys working out and helping others achieve their goals. She loves being outside and spending time with her family.

Stephanie has been working with individuals in the health and wellness community for the past 6 years. Her program is a client centered approach helping to create realistic goals and find tools and strategies to achieve these goals as well as maintain them long term. Stephanie utilizes several modalities to best serve individuals. Nutrition coaching, functional movement and addressing lifestyle changes are the main focus to achieving your optimum self. Using this holistic approach allows individuals to relax into change and find success!
Helping clients achieve sustainable health and overall wellness through outcome based decision making is the foundation of Stephanie's work. Lifestyle coaching, which is the full incorporation of these modalities, has proven to be incredibly beneficial in working with clients to set and reach sustainable goals.
